What are the ages?
We are a facility for children 10 and under.
How much is the Admission for Open Play and how long can we stay?
Friday it is $8 for children, includes 6 tokens. Adults and children under 15 months are free.
Saturday and Sunday is $10 for children, includes 6 tokens. 2 Adults per child are free, $9 per Adult will be charged over 2. Adults are not permitted unless accompanied by a child. This does not pertain to booked parties.
You may stay as long as you wish. You may leave and come back.

Can I bring outside food in?
No outside food or drinks are permitted. We have a full service Snack Bar with reasonably priced items.
Can I bring my kids barefooted?
PA state law requires socks to be worn at all times. Plus it's just sanitary.
I would like to have a Birthday Party at Bette's, how far in advance do I need to book?
Book ASAP to assure your desired time and date. We book up quickly. It's tough being so popular.
Can I just walk in and have a party?
No! We do not allow it. Some weekends we have to close our doors to the public to keep it safe and comfortable. Avoid the disappointment and schedule a party today! We reserve the right to deny admission to large groups.
How do I schedule a Bette's party?

Is a deposit required?
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
You are sold out on the date I wanted, any suggestions?
Try our during the week parties, it saves you lots of dough. Friday nights are a great night for a party.
What if I have more than 12 or 20 guests?
Additional guests are welcome! There is a $15 charge per additional guest over the party package limit.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You’re welcome to use your own paper products in the party room. Our party rooms are professionally decorated so we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. Save your money and the hassle!
Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
If you are not purchasing our popular goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party. If you cancel or reschedule your party within
9 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 2 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
